Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during my first massage?

You’ll start with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, areas of tension, health considerations, and any preferences you may have. Your therapist will then step out of the room while you get comfortable on the table. Your session will be customized to your needs, and communication is always encouraged, especially when it comes to pressure/comfort/or anything you’d like adjusted during your massage.

What should I wear?

Undress to your level of comfort. Most clients fully undress, but you are always properly draped, with only the area being worked on exposed at any time.

How do I know which service to book?

If you’re unsure, choose a session length that works for you and we’ll customize the massage during your appointment. You can also reach out ahead of time for guidance.

How much pressure will be used?

Pressure is always adjusted to your preference. Whether you prefer light, medium, or deeper work, your comfort is the priority.

Do I need to talk during my massage?

That’s completely up to you. Some clients enjoy quiet relaxation, while others prefer to chat. Either is perfectly fine.

Are there any conditions that would prevent me from getting a massage?

Certain conditions may require modifications or a doctor’s note (such as recent injuries, surgeries, or specific medical concerns). If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before booking.
